We want to tell a story that appeals to a global audience, with the particular aim of capturing the attention of Spanish and Australian communities.
Ascend is a collaboration between Deakin and ACCIONA. This joint effort between Deakin’s brightest students and academics, along with ACCIONA’s personnel and resources, has been to design and build a solar car that competes at a global level.
The Ascend story will appeal to a range of individuals in favour of supporting renewable energies and sustainable practices. Also reaching those who may be interested but not actively pursuing renewable practices, through social media and online platforms.
We want to tell a story that appeals to a global audience, with the particular aim of capturing the attention of Spanish and Australian communities. The Ascend project is planned to be executed over a 10-year span. The branding story will begin in 2019, build-up to the race which will be held in 2021 and then extend into the future.
The intention is to create strong connections with the brand and target demographic, instilling loyalty, passion and enthusiasm for the project to all that connect with it. Through being bold and emphasising the brand values and ideals we hope to leave a meaningful impact on the audience, focusing on those who are working tirelessly to make this project possible, with the end goal of discovering the bigger environmental picture.
